Macadamia Kernel

Macsken offer’s high-quality macadamia kernel as its main product. Macadamia kernel is the edible part of the macadamia nut that is obtained after cracking the nut-in-shell (NIS). The kernel is then sorted into different styles based on the International Standards of Sizes, which specify the minimum and maximum diameter of each style as follows.

Min 95% whole kernel

> 20 mm

Large whole kernels used primarily in premium quality snack products.

Style 1

Min 90% whole kernel

16-20 mm

Whole kernels used primarily in snack products, confectionery and as an ingredient in premium food products.

Style 1s

Min 90% whole kernel

13-18 mm
